Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One Account Per Person

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or for any other purpose is prohibited.

Important Limitations

• •CRRNCY Beauty is a wellness and lifestyle tool, NOT a medical device
• •Our measurements and insights are for informational purposes only
• •Do not use CRRNCY Beauty to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition
• •Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
• •Vital signs measurements are estimates and may not be accurate in all conditions

Subscription Plans

CRRNCY Beauty offers free and paid subscription tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond). Features, usage limits, and pricing for each tier are displayed in the app and on our website.

Billing

• •Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• •Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• •Prices are in USD and may vary by region; applicable taxes may apply
• •We may change pricing with notice; existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal

Free Trials

We may offer free trials for paid plans. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may only use one free trial per plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Contact App Store or Google Play support for refund requests.

You Agree To

• •Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• •Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service
• •Use the Service to develop competing products

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (wellness entries, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Our Content

CRRNCY Beauty, our logo, the Service, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by CRRNCY Beauty, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

AI-Generated Content

Luna AI provides wellness guidance, skincare advice, and conversational support. All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or dermatological advice.

Limitations

• •Luna is not a substitute for professional healthcare providers
• •Do not rely on Luna for emergency situations - contact emergency services
• •Luna's responses are generated by AI and do not represent the views of CRRNCY Beauty

Appropriate Use

Use Luna for general wellness guidance, understanding your data, skincare tips, and emotional support. Do not use Luna for medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or crisis intervention.

By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@crrncybeauty.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in New York, NY, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CRRNCY Beauty regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
